Hotel accommodation is included throughout the 10-day itinerary. The package uses three-star hotels during the journey, except in Hurghada, where a five-star hotel with beach access is included.

Breakfast and dinner are provided according to the arrangements of the included hotels. Lunch is included during the scheduled touring programs. Dinner is also served during the shared Hurghada desert safari.

Private vehicles are used for airport transfers, intercity journeys, and scheduled sightseeing transportation. The main road journeys include Cairo to Hurghada, Hurghada to Luxor, Luxor to Aswan, Aswan to Abu Simbel and back, Cairo to Fayoum, and Fayoum to Cairo.

The package includes a domestic flight from Aswan to Cairo on Day 9. Flight times are determined by the airline and may change. Adjustments to sightseeing times or the daily program may be necessary when the airline modifies its schedule.

The desert safari in Hurghada is shared. The Giftun Island trip is operated by private speedboat. Activity vehicles, boats, and specific operating arrangements remain subject to local safety and operational procedures.

Private guide options are available in English, Italian, German, French, Spanish, and Russian. The selected language should be confirmed during the booking process.

Optional activities and the optional Alexandria extension are not included in the standard price and require an additional charge.

Activity Conditions, Long Travel Days, and Optional Alexandria Extension


This 10-Day egypt tours and package from Cairo has an active schedule and includes several demanding travel days. The first day combines Cairo and Giza sightseeing with a five-to-six-hour drive to Hurghada. Other extended road journeys include Hurghada to Luxor, Luxor to Aswan, the Abu Simbel return trip, and the final Fayoum excursion.

Driving times are approximate. Traffic, security checkpoints, rest stops, road conditions, and local restrictions can increase the duration of a journey.

Outdoor and marine activities depend on weather and safety conditions. Parasailing, speedboat routes, sea entry during horse riding, and the order of Hurghada activities may be changed, delayed, or cancelled when conditions are unsuitable.

Dolphin searching does not include a guaranteed sighting. The estimated possibility is approximately 75%, but dolphins move freely in their natural environment.

The optional hot-air balloon ride in Luxor requires an additional payment and an earlier pickup. Operation depends on weather and official approval.

An optional eleventh day in Alexandria can be added for an additional charge. This extension normally includes private transportation from Cairo and visits to the Serapeum, the Catacombs of Kom El Shoqafa, the Roman Amphitheatre, the Alexandria National Museum, and Qaitbay Citadel.

The drive between Cairo and Alexandria usually takes around two hours in each direction but may vary with traffic and road conditions. After the Alexandria tour, drop-off can be arranged at Cairo International Airport, your Cairo hotel, or another agreed location within the city.
